Engine overhaul
GE Evergreen, a CF6 & GEnx Center of Excellence, has full capabilities of maintenance, repair, overhaul and test services for GE’s CF6-80C2, CF6-80E1, GEnx-1B and GEnx-2B engines. We customize repair & overhaul solutions specifically to every engine condition and customer needs including quick turn shop visit, module level service, scheduled shop visit, performance improvement program, performance restoration and full overhaul workscope.
In-house parts repair
GE Evergreen Guanyin component repair shop had commenced its operation in October 2021. The new repair facility will ramp-up in-house repair capabilities to provide more repair solutions for customers. Our service scope includes CF6 & GEnxs cases, frames, combustors, & various life-limited-parts.
Full engine test
As part of the overhaul and repair shops, GE Evergreen engine test cell is structurally capable of handling up to 150,000 pounds of engine thrust. The test cell is currently certified to perform full engine test for following engine models: CF6-80C • CF6-80E • GEnx-1B • GEnx-2B
